RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At BOSAFELENG, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you have the right to return goods and receive a full refund, replacement, or repair if the goods are:

  • Defective or not in working order
  • Not of good quality or not fit for the intended purpose
  • Not matching the description or sample provided at the time of purchase

2. Return Period

You may return eligible items within 7 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at hello@bosafeleng.co.za or call 083 772 3074. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bosafeleng.co.za or call 083 772 3074 with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, BOSAFELENG will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
